BEFORE YOUR SERVICE

* Please ensure you are prepared for service with a completely clean face and prepped with your personal skincare products.

* Removal of previous makeup will result in less time for application and may result in additional fees and overage in time at the client’s expense.

* Reminder to wear a button down top or loose fitted shirt as to not disturb application once it is applied.

* Brow shaping and grooming is recommended to be done at least 1 week to 2 days prior to your service. Service provider is not responsible for brow shaping on day of service.

-When booking please send your name, number, of any allergies/sensitivities and most importantly the service(s) you would like done.

- Deposits are non-refundable

- Deposit is required

- Please be aware and respectful of my time.

- If you would like to cancel your appointment, please contact Killa Cam Cosmetics through Instagram 24 hours before.

- ‼️If you cancel 2 hours before, full price will be required to pay for your appointment to book again or you will be banned from booking ‼️

Some eyeshadows ,pigments and glitter stain. Please be aware that you might have residue left over from eyeshadow,pigments and glitter.

EyeBrows

Fill in( Concealer cleanup included. Shaping not included.):

Lashes

Strip Lash Application(lashes MUST be provided by client) :

Strip Lash & Application(lashes will be provided and applied) :

Lashes and Eyebrows(lashes provided):

Lashes are one use only. Lash glue will wear off and should only be worn day of application and removed after use.

Travel

Travel: $25

This is available with all appointments. Price may vary depending on distance.
